Bookings from anywhere, without typing. Upload a transfer order (PDF, Excel, Word, even a photo) and VIP24 extracts every booking automatically. You can also paste an email or simply dictate the booking. Agencies and hotels get their own accounts and enter their bookings directly. Bookings from partners with an API arrive automatically.

Assignment and execution. In a few clicks, every transfer gets a driver, a vehicle or a partner, and the driver is notified instantly via Viber, WhatsApp or email. On their phone they have navigation, customer details, the voucher, an airport welcome sign and the transfer order for inspections. Flights are tracked live, so a delay shows up before the customer calls.

Compliant at the push of a button. Digital transfer orders and chauffeur-driven rental contracts are submitted to the government platform in bulk, with a completeness check before submission.

Website with a booking engine for transfers and excursions. Along with the management app, we deliver the company’s public website. Customers see prices, book a transfer or excursion and pay online. The booking goes straight into VIP24, ready to be assigned, with no re-entry in between. The booking engine supports four payment providers: Stripe, PayPal, Revolut and Viva Wallet. The company accepts cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and chooses whichever provider suits it best.

Finances in order. VIP24 keeps track of driver cash, agency and partner accounts, commissions, income and expenses. Everything can be exported to Excel or sent by email.
